Life after ‘Lockdown’

Our offices have been physically open since 13th May 2020 and subject to continuing restrictions we are providing normal estate agency services, safely distancing ourselves from our customers and colleagues.

Since lockdown we have been incredibly busy and highly successful in selling and letting properties throughout the area. Indeed in June 2020, we sold more properties during this month than we did in the corresponding month the previous year – we think quite an achievement!

We believe a large contributor to our success and as an adaption to the ‘new normal’ we have introduced two new services.

  • Virtual viewings for many properties and especially occupied ones
  • Virtual valuations and general property advice

Both of these simple and effective services have allowed our customers and staff to remain safe as well allowing everyone to pursue their property ambitions.

Our offices are open as a minimum from Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 4pm and on Saturdays 10 am to 1 pm. Often we are available beyond these hours and prior appointments should be made for all office visits if a one to one meeting is needed.
