Our offices are open for business and we are providing normal estate agency services, safely distancing ourselves from our customers and colleagues. If you need to visit our offices we will be delighted to see you, but as per the government guidance this must be by prior appointment only.
Since the initial lockdown we have been incredibly busy and highly successful in selling and letting properties throughout the area. Indeed we have achieved record levels of sales and lettings during the summer and autumn months of 2020– we think this is quite an achievement!
We believe a large contributor to our success and as an adaption to the ‘new normal’ we have introduced two new services.
- Virtual viewings for many properties and especially occupied ones
- Virtual sales and lettings valuations combined with general property advice
Both of these simple and effective services have allowed our customers and staff to remain safe as well allowing everyone to pursue their property ambitions. As we go forward we will continue providing these virtual services.
In addition, our offices are now operating our normal advertised hours.
For our Residential Lettings office only we are open for our published hours other than on Saturdays when we will be open between 9 am and 1pm during the current lockdown
