These are obviously unusual and unsettling times for everyone, and anyone who had plans to sell or let their property this spring could be forgiven for putting those plans on ice until things return to some sort of normality.

Selling

Strange as it may seem, the Corona Virus shutdown actually creates a great opportunity to prepare thoroughly and thoughtfully, to make sure you can hit the ground running when life and business return to normal. 

So, we are still very much available to provide constructive advice which, with clever planning, could add value to your property as and when you are ready to sell. We obviously can’t meet, but we’d be delighted to speak to you by phone or, if you’re very modern, video-chat via Whatsapp, FaceTime, Zoom or whatever!

Letting

If you are letting a property or thinking about it, there is no reason why we should not still be able to help you achieve that. We can do many of the normal tasks from valuations to viewings by phone, email and video-call.
