Mark was told by his grandmother when he was twelve he would be an estate agent when he grew up. Getting over his disappointment to be a professional sportsman (he quickly realised he had no talent in that department) and at the age of 19 started as a trainee with Hartnell Taylor Cook in Clevedon – you may still remember the name? Thirty five years on, it seems to have been a good decision providing successful estate agency services to thousand of clients. Mark’s belief that the magic ingredient for success is not complicated, just absolute professionalism and hard work.
