No agency tie-in

This is an important and much-overlooked point!

Some agencies will try to force you to use them for a minimum of 16, 20 or even 24 weeks. This means that you’re not able to change to another agent until that period is over – even if you not happy with their service or the advice you have been given.

We think this is plain wrong. You should want you stay with us because you like our service and not because your contract says you have to!

If you want to leave, you’re free to do so – something that keeps us on our toes and working hard for you right up to completion.
