Thorough referencing procedure
Carrying out a thorough reference requires specialist skills, so we employ an independent reference company to check all applicants’ credit history, current employment and accommodation status (find out more).
For added comfort, some of our landlords prefer to meet their prospective tenants before a tenancy is complete, which we’re happy to arrange.
Looking after your tenants
We also believe in the simple truth that happy tenants make good tenants. We provide a ‘good tenant guide’ and an inventory with instructions for the appliances and any other details relating to the property that your tenant will need to know.
Throughout the tenancy we ensure we do everything possible to respond to their queries and needs as soon we can – we even give them a bottle of wine on arrival!!
Deposits
All tenants are required to pay a deposit at the beginning of their tenancy read more about how deposits are handled. This is the equivalent to 5 weeks' rent.
