Charges for Managed & Let Only Properties

Fully Managed Service From 12% including vat of each month’s rent
Let Only Service 60% including VAT of 1st months rent
Initial Tenancy Set Up Fee £300.00 including VAT
Preparation of Inventory and Schedule of Condition £120.00 including VAT
Legionella Risk Assessment (to be carried out once every 2 years) £75.00 including VAT

Additional charges for Managed and Let Only Properties (if required):

Renewal of fixed term Tenancy Agreement £50.00 including VAT
Energy Performance Certificate £95.00 including VAT
Landlords Gas Safety Certificate (to be carried out annually) £78.00 including VAT
Portable Appliance Testing (up to 13 appliances) £30.00 including VAT
Organising major property refurbishments over £500.00 There may be a charge but this will be by individual arrangement

Arrangement fee for Works:

No charge to Landlords.

Mark Templer Residential Lettings reserves the right to make a commission charge to a contractor instructed on behalf of the Landlord of up to 12% including VAT of the net cost of the work (with a minimum charge of £12 including VAT).
