2021 is a year that will likely be remembered for a variety of reasons for many but at Mark Templer, we are very grateful to be able to look back on it fondly. As many will already know, the property market across North Somerset has been very buoyant and allowed prices to see a healthy rise. We have seen an influx of new people into our community with buyers finding their way to the coast from as close as Bristol, as far as London and everywhere in between. We really have been able to realise what wonderful area of the country that we live and work in.
