Mark Templer Residential are an established estate agent in Clevedon & Yatton, operating since 1994, specialising in property sales & lettings.

I’m Mark Templer, and I proudly started my company back in 1994. We professionally sell, let and manage family homes, as well as flats and bungalows in Clevedon, where we’re based, and throughout North Somerset including Portishead, Nailsea, Yatton, Backwell, Easton in Gordano and all rural areas in between.

Mark Templer FNAEA MARLA Managing Director

Mark was told by his grandmother when he was twelve he would be an estate agent when he grew up. Getting over his disappointment to be a professional sportsman (he quickly realised he had no talent in that department) and at the age of 19 started as a trainee with Hartnell Taylor Cook in Clevedon – you may still remember the name? Thirty five years on, it seems to have been a good decision providing successful estate agency services to thousand of clients. Mark’s belief that the magic ingredient for success is not complicated, just absolute professionalism and hard work.

Mark has two grown-up children and still has ambitions to be a professional sportsman, though hasn’t yet worked out in what!

Giovanna started with us in 2007 when we first opened our residential lettings and management department. From the outset she has proven to be the consummate professional, seeking to provide a seamless service to each and every client.

Giovanna recently married and they share their home with their cats and the occasional visiting baby niece.

Jake Goodliffe ANAEA Director, Yatton Sales

Jake started his estate agency career in 2011 and quickly learnt that hard work and high levels of customer service bring results. His youthful and dynamic approach quickly developed allowing him to be considered one of the most skilful property sales people in the area.

In Jake’s spare time you will find him either sailing in the summer or climbing the hills during the winter. Jake shares a home with his partner Jess and at the time of writing, their new puppy, Maggie.

Louis has been involved in the property industry since he was 17. Debbie has two grown-up daughters, a granddaughter and another on the way – not bad for one who still looks so young!
