We will accompany ALL viewings
We make sure that we send one of our experienced staff to carry out the viewings of your property. Not only is this what you’re paying us to do, it means we can form a rapport with the potential buyer so they trust our advice when offered. It also means we can properly understand their needs, as well as be on hand to ‘counter’ any objections they may have.
We won’t forget the details
From the moment we are instructed we ask you for as much detail about your property as possible. By spending time with you at the beginning of the process and capturing all of the little details about you and your property – from the location of the nearest bus stop to the age of the boiler and even why you are moving – we make sure we’ve got these facts to hand for you prospective buyer – ensuring a smoother sales process for all.
