Picking right estate agent 'key to selling house'
People who have houses for sale in the UK have been advised to pick
the right estate
agent.
According to an article on MSN Money, choosing an estate
agent to advertise property is a big decision.
It stated that after sellers have got an idea of what price their
home should be marketed at, they should thinking carefully about
their choice of agent.
Sellers were advised to opt for one that will give them the
broadest range of buyers so that as many people as possible will be
able to access information about the house.
It also advised vendors to look at what For Sale signs there are
around the area, as it is likely that these estate agents will be
able to market similar properties for sale.
Last month, the National Association of Estate Agents launched a
certificate which means that each licensed branch will have a
member of staff with qualifications in residential housing sales in
order to differentiate between companies.
