New Bristol apartments to go on sale
People seeking apartments for sale in Bristol may be pleased to note
that a new development has been launched in the city.
Crest Nicholson is involved in the Beacon House project, which will
see 47 one, two and three-bedroom properties go on sale.
The residences will vary in style and size and they are expected to
attract considerable interest from consumers keen to live next to
the floating harbour.
Laid out over seven floors, the dwellings are designed to have
notable features, with some coming with private terraces and many
containing wall-to-ceiling windows designed to make the most of the
natural light available.
Vicky Dudbridge from King Sturge commented: "Harbourside is one of
very few developments in Bristol that not only has properties

Recently, Timothy Lambert, head of consulting at Ducalian, said
that current market conditions represent a good opportunity for
home buyers in the UK.
