Alan has been providing clients of Estate Agents, Mark Templer & Co a bespoke mortgage service since 1995. Based in Clevedon and with over 25 years of financial services experience Alan has built a very successful business and gained a reputation for honesty and integrity. Alan’s broad knowledge and expertise has given his many clients the confidence to return for further mortgage and financial advice, year on year.
As a qualified Independent Financial Adviser with the Falcon Group Plc, Alan and his team are able to offer advice on all aspects of financial planning, whilst paying particular regard to the areas of mortgages and protection. His professional qualifications include the Financial Planning Certificate, Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice, and the Certificate of Lifetime Mortgages.
Alan's services include
- “Whole of Market” mortgage advice, with no ties to a panel or group of lenders, enabling the most suitable and appropriate recommendations to be made.
- Prompt response to enquiries, with appointment times to suit you, after hours if necessary.
- Private suite of offices for confidential meetings or home visits can be arranged.
- “Agreements in Principle” can be arranged with “high street” lenders, online often with instant decisions.
- We handle all paperwork, and deal directly with the lender on clients behalf. We ensure that clients are kept informed of application progress, either by phone or email.
- Additional services to include arranging of Buildings and Contents insurance, Accident, Sickness and Unemployment cover and Life Assurance, as required.
- Pro-active Client Database management ensures regular contact for future mortgage and or financial reviews.
