Mark entered the estate agency profession in 1983 as a trainee in Clevedon and progressed to open his own practice in 1994. Mark is ever enthusiastic about estate agency and is always keen to innovate with new ideas and technology. He is now (he thinks young) 47 years of age, lives locally and has two children aged 21 and 19.
Outside work Mark spends time keeping fit both in the gym and as a keen member of Clevedon Athletic Club. Other sporting activities include golf and cricket.

Nick has been in 'Estate Agency' since 2001. He is ever enthusiastic, approachable and delights in providing thoroughly professional advice and exemplary service to all clients.
On a personal note Nick has now passed the '30' year milestone, is married and has recently enjoyed the birth of his first child. He is a keen golfer, though with his new domestic arrangements we expect his hanidcap to climb quickly. He tells us he loves an aggressive workout in the gym, though judging by his physique, we think he may not be telling the truth on this one.

Lucy came to the Estate Agency industry during early 2006 and has brought the expertise of her customer service skills to the business. She is always keen to help and specialises in over seeing the progress of agreed property sales.
Lucy has two children and like many busy mums, would love to have more time to spend with them. Bizarrely she also gets in the swimming pool each weekday morning at 6.30am with the ultimate hope of fitting into half the clothes in her wardrobe! ( Nobody has told her that when you grow up, they don't fit any more?).

Having 10 years experience in Residential Letting and Estate Agency, Debbie is resourceful and enthusiastic. If you have a property to let Debbie is the person to talk to. In what little spare time we allow her, Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband of 19 years and 2 teenage daughters and visiting their caravan in Cornwall.
Debbie has also recently qualified as a hypnotherapist and is looking forward to practising her art on her colleagues!

Mandy has been with Mark Templer & Company Limited for 11½ years. She has been married for 18 years and has a 14 year old daughter and 10 year old son. In what little spare time Mandy has after working and running around after the children, she enjoys socialising, cooking, reading and holidaying. Her ambition, is to one day be living in a little cottage overlooking the harbour in Port Isaac and running her own tea shop.

Ruth has joined us to provide administrative support to our rental team and our ever growing portfolio of managed rental property.
Ruth lives within the town with her husband and two children aged 10 and 12. When not working Ruth can be seen walking along the riverbanks of Clevedon, sometimes watching her dog Honey enjoying a swim. She is also is an avid reader, enjoys holidays and fun days out with her family thrill seeking on 'mad' theme park rides!

In her spare time Helen likes to cook. It seems, (so she tells us) that she is quite good? Recently, she hosted a 'come dine with me' competition with her friends and won! (of course). Helen's competitive instinct means that she works with fierce determination and is always hungry to let the next property.
Helen lives locally with her husband, three children and dog Belle.
